For years, we are actively engaged in the promotion of our trainees. It is important to us to accompany young people in their first steps into working life and to prepare them for a long, successful cooperation. Therefore, we are very pleased that we belong now among "Germany’s most desired training companys".

Together with the IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Research, the F.A.Z. Institute analysed around 272 thousand nominations for 15,000 companies within the investigation period from June 2021 to May 2022.

The study consists of a social listening and an online survey and covers topics such as training, employer, qualification, further education, training success, takeover, and remuneration.

The award "Germany’s most desired training companys" is perceived as a quality certificate for a positive reputation as training company.

The lack of trainees is increasingly becoming a problem for companies. It is therefore extremely important to us to increase both our attractiveness as an employer and to make our own training interesting and desirable.
